high-quality magnetic rotary encoders, certified to SIL2\/PLd or SIL3\/PLe (in accordance with IEC 61508 and ISO 13849). The encoders are designed for extremely accurate position and rotation measurements, even in demanding environments. The magnetic sensor system ensures precise position detection with a resolution of up to 16 bits (65,536 steps). The resulting SRDO (Safety Related Data Object) message is only accepted if the values \u200b\u200bfrom both microcontrollers match, significantly increasing reliability. Additional checks such as CRC checks, timing, and voltage monitoring ensure that error messages are detected immediately.<\/p><p>The electrical connection can be made via an M12x1 connector with bus in and bus out options or via a fixed cable. These encoders are available with all common communication options.<\/p><p>Thanks to their robust design, advanced technology and high safety standards, the TR series encoders provide a reliable solution for applications where precision and safety are crucial. The measuring gear is made from a durable, elastic plastic that enables backlash-free measurement with rotary encoders. The backlash-compensating measuring gear has been developed for use in cranes, wind turbines and mobile machinery.
